Our Commitment

Accuracy and accountability are fundamental principles of responsible journalism.

Despite our best efforts, errors can occur. When mistakes are identified, ArisePlus.News is committed to addressing them promptly, transparently, and fairly.

Reporting an Error

Readers who believe an article contains a factual error are encouraged to contact us with:

  • The article title or URL;
  • A description of the alleged error;
  • Supporting evidence where available; and
  • Contact details for follow-up if necessary.

Submission of a correction request does not automatically guarantee that a correction will be made.

Review Process

Upon receiving a complaint or correction request, the editorial team will:

  1. Review the published material;
  2. Assess the supporting evidence;
  3. Consult relevant sources where appropriate; and
  4. Determine whether a correction, clarification, update, or no action is warranted.

Types of Amendments

Corrections

Where a factual error is confirmed, the article will be corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.

Clarifications

Where wording may be misleading or open to multiple interpretations, explanatory clarification may be added without altering the substance of the article.

Updates

Where significant new information becomes available after publication, an article may be updated to provide readers with additional context or developments.

Transparency

Where practical, significant corrections will include an editor’s note explaining:

  • What was corrected;
  • Why the correction was required; and
  • The date of amendment.

Minor typographical, grammatical, formatting, or stylistic corrections may be made without formal notice.

Complaints Regarding Editorial Content

Readers may submit complaints regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Fairness
  • Attribution
  • Ethical concerns
  • Potential conflicts of interest
  • Editorial standards

All complaints will be considered on their merits.

What We Will Not Do

ArisePlus.News will not remove or alter accurate reporting simply because it is unpopular, controversial, politically inconvenient, or challenged by competing opinions.

The existence of disagreement alone does not constitute evidence of factual inaccuracy.

Right of Reply

Where appropriate and practical, individuals or organisations who are the subject of critical reporting may be offered a reasonable opportunity to respond.

The publication of such responses remains at the discretion of the editorial team.
